Your account

Who can do this: Owner, Admin, Staff

Everyone has an Account page: owners, admins and staff. Open More and tap your name. In the header’s account sheet, tapping your name opens the same page.

The page shows your name, your email and phone, your password, and every phone you are logged in on.

Privacy policy and Terms

At the bottom of More, About has Privacy policy and Terms. Each opens the page on welcomebird.com in your browser. When you create an account, the line under the button links the same two pages.

• Your details: See your email and phone, and change your account's name.
• Logged-in phones: See every phone you are logged in on, and log out of the ones you don't use.
• Your password: Change your password, or set one if you signed up with your phone number.
• Delete your account: Delete your account in the app or on the web dashboard. Staff and admins are removed at once; an owner's business closes and is deleted after 30 days.
