Rate a visit

Who can do this: Your customers

When you turn on rating asks, each customer gets one message after their visit. It comes by WhatsApp, or by email when WhatsApp isn’t possible. Its button, Rate your visit, opens the rating page.

The page shows the service, who did it and the time. It never shows the customer’s phone number or the booking number. The link is the proof it’s them, so there’s no code to type.

The customer taps one to five stars. A comment is optional, up to 500 characters. The page says that only your business sees the rating and the comment. Send stays off until they pick a star.

After they send it, the page says Thank you for your rating. If you added your Google review link, every customer sees Want to tell others? with a Review us on Google button, whatever stars they gave. It opens Google in a new tab. Their rating on your page stays private.

Book again takes them to your booking page.

A few rules:

  • A visit can be rated once. A rating can’t be changed. Opening the link again shows You’ve already rated this visit and the stars they gave.
  • The link works for 14 days after the message is sent. After that the page says This link has expired.
  • Opening the link only shows the page. Nothing is saved until the customer taps Send, so a link preview in a chat never rates a visit.
