Several services in one booking
Who can do this: Your customers
A customer can book up to 3 services in one booking, for example a haircut and a colour. They are done one after the other, in the order the customer picks them, by one person who does every one of them. It is one booking: one time, one booking number, one total and one confirmation.
Courts and tables are always booked on their own.
Choosing the services
On Choose your services, the customer ticks the services they want. Each box shows its place in the visit: 1, 2 or 3. The booking summary shows the services, how long the visit takes in total, and the total price. When any of the services has a hidden price, no total is shown.
After 3, the others are dimmed and the page says That’s 3, the most for one booking. To pick another, the customer unticks one first. A service that would make the visit too long is dimmed too, with Too long to add to this visit.
Ticking one service and tapping Continue books it exactly as before.
Staff and times
The Staff step lists only the people who do every chosen service, and Anyone available when your shop allows it. When your shop chooses the person, there is no Staff step.
The times are for the whole visit, for example 5 free times with Mei, for 1 hr 45 min in total. After picking a time, the customer sees Your visit, one after the other: when each service starts, then when the visit is done. Each service’s own break after it is kept between the services.
When nobody does them all
If no one at your business does every chosen service, the page says These need different people and lists who does each one. The customer picks one to book first and taps Continue with that service, or Change my services.
After the first booking, You’re booked! says You also chose Manicure. (the services left) with a button, Book Manicure now. It starts a new booking with those services ticked. Their name, phone number and email are kept, and the same phone needs no new code.
When the first booking takes a deposit, the customer pays on Stripe’s page first. Back from paying, You’re booked! shows the paid booking only. They book the other service from your booking page.
Confirm
Check your booking lists each service with its length and price under Services, with one Change. When says the whole visit, for example 3:00 PM – 4:45 PM · 1 hr 45 min in total.
Under the offer code, a price box shows the number of services and their price, the offer if there is one, and the Total. When an offer code is for some services only, the offer row names them, for example RAYA20, RM10 off Colour. The money comes off those services only. See Offer codes.
When the services take deposits, the customer pays one deposit: the sum of each service’s deposit.
After booking
You’re booked!, Find my booking and Manage booking name the booking by its services, for example Haircut + Colour, or Haircut + 2 more for three. Under the time they list each service with its start, length and price, then the offer and the total.
