Who can do this: Owner, Admin

With loyalty points on, each customer gets points when you mark their visit Done. Points build up into a balance that you can see in Members and in your reports. Rewards to swap points for are coming next.

Open More → Loyalty. Owners and admins see it; staff don’t. Loyalty is part of the Pro and Business plans. On Free, the page says Loyalty isn’t in your plan. To change your plan, the owner uses the dashboard in a browser.

The Loyalty page

  • Loyalty points: the switch that turns points on or off. It saves at once.
  • Last 30 days: how many Members with points you have and the Points given in the last 30 days.
  • How customers earn: the points for what customers spend and for each visit.
  • Members: each customer’s points and history, and Adjust points.
  • Reports: points given, used and expired.
  • Points across branches: one balance for all branches or one per branch. It shows only when you have more than one branch.
  • Points expire: how long points last with no visit, for example 12 months. See Points expire.
  • Amount paid: whether the app asks what the customer paid when you tap Done. See Amount paid.
  • Counter devices: tablets at your front desk where customers type their phone and staff confirm the visit. See Counter device.
  • Turn on and earning: Switch loyalty points on, and set the points for what customers spend and for each visit.
  • Members: See each customer's points and history, and add or remove points with a reason.
  • Points across branches: Choose one balance for all branches, or a separate balance per branch.
  • Points expire: Choose how long points last when a customer stops visiting, or keep them forever.
  • Amount paid: Type what the customer really paid when you tap Done, so points follow the amount.
  • Counter device: Put an iPad at the counter. Customers type their phone, staff confirm the visit with their PIN, and points show on the screen.
  • Reports: Points given, used, expired and taken back, for 30 days, 90 days or 12 months.
