Points across branches
Coming soon. Loyalty points are not switched on yet. Ratings and the QR poster are ready to use now. This page shows how loyalty will work.
Who can do this: Owner, Admin
With more than one branch, open More → Loyalty → Points across branches and choose:
- One balance for all branches: customers earn and use their points at any branch. This is where every business starts.
- A separate balance per branch: points earned at a branch are used at that branch.
The one in use has a check mark.
Changing it
Tap the other choice. The app asks first and says what happens to the points:
- To A separate balance per branch: Points move to each customer’s last branch.
- To One balance for all branches: Each customer’s points from every branch are added together.
Tap Change to go ahead, or Cancel. No points are lost or added either way.
After a change, it stays for 30 days. Until then, both choices are greyed out and the page says when you can change it again, for example You can change this again on 8 Nov.
