Plan & usage and your trial
Who can do this: Owner
Open More → Plan & usage. Only the owner sees it. Admins and staff don’t.
Current plan
The top shows your plan’s name. Some plans also show a tag:
- Trial: you are trying Pro. The line under the name shows the day your trial ends and how many days are left.
- Active: your plan is on.
- Past due: a payment is late.
On Free the name says Free and there is no tag.
This month
Each row shows what you use against your plan’s limit, with a bar when there is a limit:
- Staff: the people customers can book online.
- Branches: the places that take online bookings.
- Online bookings: the bookings customers made on your booking page this month.
- Message credits: the credits used this month. One credit sends one WhatsApp or SMS.
If some are kept from online booking by your plan, the row says how many, for example “1 of 1. 2 not bookable online.” Their bookings stay. Tap Choose what stays active under the rows to pick which ones take online bookings. See Plan limits.
If a number can’t be read right now, the row says it isn’t available. It never shows 0 in its place.
Plans and changing your plan
The app shows only your own plan: its name, its tag and what you used this month. It doesn’t list the other plans, show prices or sell anything, on iPhone and Android alike.
To see every plan, open Plans. You buy or change your plan on the dashboard, in your browser.

The trial
A new business gets 14 days of Pro, free. No card is needed. While it lasts, Current plan shows Pro with the Trial tag, the day it ends and the days left.
Before it ends, the owner gets an email and a push, Your trial ends on and the date. They come on day 10 and again on day 13 of the trial.
When the trial ends
The business moves to Free. Nothing is deleted: your staff, courts, branches, services, bookings and customers all stay.
- The owner gets an email, Your trial ended. You’re on Free now., and a push, Your trial ended.
- If you have more staff or branches than Free allows, the ones you added first keep taking online bookings. The rest show Not bookable online on Free. You can pick which stay active. See Plan limits.
- From now on, Free’s 2 staff, 1 branch and 50 message credits a month apply. See Message credits.
- Your booking page shows Powered by WelcomeBird.
The next time the owner opens Today, a screen says Your trial ended. You’re on Free now. Under it is a line for each thing that changed, for example “1 staff member bookable online. 2 paused for online booking.” Tap Close to go to Today. You see this screen once. It doesn’t show again on your other phones.
If the owner deletes their account
The owner’s business closes at once, and its plan stops renewing:
- A paid plan stops renewing now. You keep it until its paid end date, with no refund.
- A trial ends now. If the owner restores the business, it comes back on the Free plan.
- Unused message credits are lost when the business is deleted after 30 days. If you restore it, they stay.
