Pause, move and remove

Who can do this: Owner, Admin

Pause a table

  1. Open the table.
  2. Under Manage, tap Pause.
  3. Tap Pause again to confirm. Bookings already made stay.

The table shows Paused in the list and is no longer given to customers online. To offer it again, open the table and tap Resume.

Move a table to another branch

With more than one branch, open the table and choose another Branch. The app asks first: “Its opening hours move with it. A table with bookings ahead can’t move until they are moved or cancelled.” Tap Move, or Keep. If the table still has bookings ahead, the app says “This table has bookings ahead. Move or cancel them first.” and nothing moves.

Remove a table

Removing a table is for good. You can’t undo it.

  1. Pause the table first. Remove works only on a paused table.
  2. Move or cancel its bookings ahead. A table with bookings ahead can’t be removed.
  3. Open the table and tap Remove, then Remove again.

Past bookings keep the table’s name.

A branch that still has tables can’t be archived. Move or remove its tables first.
