The night by table
Who can do this: Owner, Admin
Open Bookings, tap Calendar, then Day. Tap the button beside Day, Week and Month and choose All tables.
The table board
Your tables show by area, for example Indoor and Outdoor. With All branches picked, they show by branch first. Each table shows its name and seats, for example “T3 2-4 seats”, then what it is doing now as a coloured word:
- Free now: nobody is at the table, and nothing starts there in the next 30 minutes. A later booking is listed under it.
- Seated until and a time: a party is seated (even one seated before its booking’s time), and the time their table is kept until.
- Booked at and a time: the table’s next booking starts within 30 minutes. A booking whose time began but whose party is not seated yet still shows here.
- Held for and a name, for example “Held for Nurul Ain (Table for 9)”: the table is kept for a large party at another table, now or within the next 30 minutes. A held table lists no bookings of its own; tap it to open the booking it is held for.
Under that come the table’s bookings of the day in time order, for example “7:30 PM · 4 · Aisha Rahman · Birthday”. A request waiting for your OK ends with Request in its colour.
Tap a table to see that table’s own day.
One table’s day
In the same menu, the tables are listed under their areas with their seats. Choose one to see only that table’s day. Tap All tables to go back to the board.
Cards and tags
In the list and the calendar, a table booking’s card says the party, the table and how long it is kept, for example “Table for 4 · T3 · 2 hr”. A walk-in shows as Walk-in, or the name you typed. Tags such as Birthday or High chair show as small badges under it. A seated party shows Seated.
The booking page
A table booking shows Party (for example “9 people”), Table with its seats and Reschedule, Also held (the extra tables kept for a large party, on a confirmed booking), Length and Tags.
Only owners and admins see tables. Staff see their own calendar.
