Open More → Team. The list has three groups: People, Invites and Removed. Each person shows their role: Owner, Admin or Staff. A person with no login shows No app login. A person your plan keeps from online booking shows Not bookable online on Free. See Plan limits.

• Invite someone: Send a person a link so they get their own login, from the app or the web dashboard.
• Add without login: Add a person customers can book, without giving them the app.
• Roles: What an owner, an admin and a staff member can do.
• Hours and services: Choose what each person does, when they work and their time off.
• Counter PIN: A 4-digit PIN each person types on a counter device to confirm a visit.
